Wednesday, July 4 is Independence Day and we’ll be off celebrating America’s freedom from tyrannical rule. And we’ll be eating stuff and shooting stuff and doing stuff, too.
Monday, July 9 is a day dedicated to some internal housekeeping issues, plus a chance to the staff to gather and engage in shenanigans together. On that day, in particular, we urge you to spend your dining and drinking dollars at an independently-owned restaurant near you.
