Gentlemen are encouraged to sport your favorite Bond wear from the classic tuxedo to zero gravity space suit. Ladies are encouraged to come in their finest as Vesper Lynd or smartly dressed as Miss Moneypenny. Villains such as Jaws or the deadly OddJob are welcome to attempt their caper.

Doors will open at 7:30pm
Tickets are $15 and include a housemade punch on arrival, passed hors d’oeuvres from 8:00-10:00pm, and a champagne toast at midnight.

9th Annual Royale Kentucky Derby Party w/ Sidney Street Shakers, The Thin Dimes w/ Madisen Ward & Mama Bear







Saturday May 3rd, 2014

Door 2pm, music starts at 2:30. Post time 5:24pm.

Ladies, procure your finest Derby hat and spring dresses. Gentlemen, get your seersucker suits pressed and your hats boxed. It is time to cheer on the ponies at the 9th Annual Royale Kentucky Derby Party on Saturday May 3rd. We have a hat contest for both the ladies and the gents. Proper Derby dress code will be enforced.

A full lineup of live music is on slate w/ the Sidney Street Shakers along with the Thin Dimes and a very special guest from Kansas City, Madisen Ward.

Mint Juleps and featured cocktails will be available at an additional satellite bar in order to keep the cheer flowing.

A limited number of advance $8 tickets(4 per person) are available at the Royale, and there will be allotted tickets available for $10 on the day of the race.

The party starts at 2pm with the music starting at 2:30. Post time at 5:24 and the music will continue until 8:30.

The HAT + STYLE CONTEST is set to start after the winner of the Derby is announced; around 5:30 p.m.


You must SIGN UP if you want to be in the contest. Look for the fancy sign-up sheets, once you arrive Saturday, either out on the patio or indoors in case of rain.

Howl in the New Year! Royale NYE Beat Party!

Prohibition is over and so is the War. Time to enjoy the ’50’s with a New Year’s Eve Beat Party that will be out of this world!

Be sure to don your finest drape of a hep cat for a real killer-diller
of a New Year’s Eve party. The line on tickets is a mere 5 dollars along with a poem. The ticket will get you a champagne toast at midnight and a reserved table upon request for dinner anytime after 8pm. There will be open seating for dinner until 8pm. The regular Royale menu will be offered along with an off-menu dinner special for those to scoff.

We will have the penthouse open for live poetry readings at 9pm on the main kick and a hot soundtrack all over the house. The joint will be jumpin’!

Be sure to respond directly to to submit poem for your tickets (limit 4 per person), or step down in person w/ your poem printed out and present to the bartender for tickets- available Thursday night.
