Specialty Cocktails
The drinks we offer are a testament to Saint Louis: creative, fresh and bold. We offer a large selection of specialty liquors from all over the world, from Lebanese Arak to Hendrick’s Gin, Rhum Barbancourt to Single Malt Springbank Scotch, Small Batch Michter’s Whiskey to Pearl Vodka. Rooted in the belief that each drink is made better by using the finest ingredients, fresh herbs from our garden, and hand-squeezed juices, the Royale offers something for every mood and taste imanginable. Whether it’s a cool cucumber concoction on a hot day, one of our specialty cocktails that reminds you what a waste Prohobition was or a frosty beer whilst playing washers, the Royale invites you to laugh, to argue politics, to discuss the merits of art, and to be yourself. Enjoy what find along the way.
